Buffalo State CollegeBuffalo State has a tight but bright journalism staff consistently teaching passionate, idealistic new journalists every semester in print, online and broadcast journalism. The Communication Department faculty includes a two time Project Censored winner, a former New York Times/LA Times contributing writer, a tough old Business Desk Editor turned reporter, an internationally recognized electronic media artist and a Broadcast Journalist who continued to teach while successfully a life threatening a brain tumor as well as an array of traditional scholars.
Staff consistently supported the members of the student media in their pursuit of journalistic excellence during the 2006-2007 semesters in confrontations with academic authority.
